Precima, part of the NielsenIQ portfolio, puts the customer at the center of everything we do. Our Clients are mainly retailers of Fast Moving Consumer Goods and their suppliers. We deploy best in class analytics software to our Clients to help them make better merchandising and marketing decisions leveraging their customer data. We also help our Retail Clients monetize their data or media assets to their Suppliers.

Job Description

This role is responsible for the overall leadership and management of our Client engagement with a large national drug retailer located in the greater Boston area.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

Establish and maintain relationships with senior executive(s) and with any other stakeholder as well as managing all client deliverables.

Monetization of the client’s data and/or selling of media to Consumer Packaged Goods companies that are involved in a collaboration program. 

Participate as a member of the Precima Senior Leadership Team and as such will actively participate in committees that shape the commercial strategy of Precima.

Staff the Client engagement with both consulting and sales resources. The consulting resources will support our Clients’ most important business challenges and ensure usage and adoption of our software. The sales resources are accountable to maximize the monetization of the data or media assets.

Are you an excellent people leader with the ability to support, mentor and inspire creative solutions? Can you effectively tell a story that captures the audience, no matter what level, and brings them along your journey? Are you able to work collaboratively, as part of a remote team within a dynamic and challenging environment while maintaining high standards? Do you have experience in working with complex client relationships and client issue resolution? 

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS 

  • 10-15+ years’ experience in a relevant industry (CPG, consulting, sales)
  • 5 years’ experience leading/building high performing teams
  • Mission-driven and passionate about serving a purpose 
  • Excellent awareness of market conditions and client business environment 
  • Experience with Retail Analytics Software
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software 
  • Familiarity with NielsenIQ tools, applications and platforms a plus 

Additional Information

NOTE: While our associates are currently working remotely, once we are back to an in office work environment, this position will have an onsite presence approximately 3 days a week at our Client in the Greater Boston area.
