Director of Business Operations

We are looking for a Director of Business Operations who will be responsible for creating processes, programs and standardization across the organization that align with Array's strategic long term goals. As Director of Business operations you will lead projects, tool implementations, track key metrics by using clear frameworks and a data driven approach all while collaborating cross functionally to deliver thoughtful recommendations. You have a proven track record of scalable solutions, excellent program management skills and experience communicating complex data in a simple way.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively initiate and scope out organizational priorities that enhance operational rigor
- Create, document, and maintain efficient end to end business processes
- Monitor and own metrics such as company OKRS and report out progress monthly and quarterly
- Partner with cross functional leaders, as well as the Executive team on the design of new programs such as calibrations or trainings and oversee the project management of these key initiatives
- Lead analysis of business performance to drive operational changes and modeling to assess effectiveness and risk
- Develop long-term tooling/process plans and make improvements to tools to dripromoteficiencies using a data-driven approach
- Partner with stakeholders at all levels of the organization on key business and operational activities
Minimum Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in business operations, consulting, data analytics, or professional services
- Experience creating and leading strategy and operational projects that impact an entire organization
- Knowledge of reporting tools and key metrics to support business growth
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Learner mindset, intellectually curious, analytical and comfortable with ambiguity
- Excellent writing, oral communication, and organizational skills
- Experience working successfully in cross-functional or matrixed organizations.
- Maintains composure in fast-paced, challenging environments
Nice to haves:
- MBA or graduate degree in an analytics or related field preferred
- PMP certified or Six Sigma preferred
