Job Summary

AECOM is actively seeking an experienced Intelex Implementation Specialist to join our Digital EHS Practice. This position supports both technical and client facing roles providing implementation, configuration, guidance, and support. A successful candidate will have a passion for EHS, ESG and sustainability while demonstrating strong technical skills and a desire to learn and adopt new technologies to meet project requirements. The position also requires work in both self-directed and team-based collaboration scenarios where critical thinking and problem-solving skills are essential. Responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinate and lead technical implementation of Intelex projects of varying complexity.
  • Manage complex configuration and/or implementation across multiple modules in Intelex
  • Lead requirements gathering, run gap analysis workshops and multi-module demonstrations.
  • Identify innovative solutions for client requirements.
  • Routinely engage with clients to identify risks and provide status updates.
  • Work with vendors on bugs and enhancement requests.
  • Support training to and oversight of work being performed by junior technical staff.
  • Works with clients on EHS requirements and workflows.
  • Flexible work location.

Minimum Requirements

  • 8+ years of MIS/EHS related experience
  • Experienced in Intelex configuration, including modifying the Intelex XML code, creating and maintaining Action Handlers, and packaging configuration to migrate between environments
  • US Citizenship required.
  • Relocation support is not available for this position.
  • Position is open for Telecommute.
  • Ability to travel to client meetings up to 15% of the time.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, STEM degrees or a related field
  • Business analysis experience and/or certification
  • Knowledge of software implementation life cycle and agile and waterfall methodologies
  • Experience with EHS software solutions besides Intelex

Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act requires employers to provide the following compensation and benefits information for positions that may be performed in Colorado:

Offered rate of compensation (Colorado locations only) will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. (For executive level positions: Bonus opportunities are tied to both company and individual performance and vary from year-to-year.) The salary range for this position is: $80,000 - $145,000.
