The Digitization Office within the IT organization is prioritizing and driving projects to improve the efficiency of Nokia's end-to-end processes.

The Next Generation ERP (ngCoreERP) program will implement and deploy a harmonized ERP solution for the totality of Nokia Networks, globally and across all 5 supply chain segments (Product; Software; Solution; Project and Services). The design of Nokia's ngCoreERP system will implement the process design of Finance Core and Supply Chain Transformation - and enable us to replace and finally decommission Nokia's legacy ERP systems (Blue Planet; P20 and QTC).

What you will learn and contribute to

As the senior Business Project Manager for the ngCoreERP Process workstream you will work side-by-side with the Process Workstream Lead in driving the Process harmonization and standardization across the Business Groups for the entire scope of the ngCoreERP Program - including the Finance Core, Operational & Supply, Order Orchestration and Product Data Management projects.
• Responsible to drive cross-functional process integration and consistency
• Responsible to manage the end to end process design via cross-organizational process community
• Plan, together with the Project Leads, the tasks and activities of the process teams in support of the project's scope and timeline
• Collaborate and manage SI Partner service delivery for process design, build, test and deployment
• Ensure adherence to the design methodology, deliverables, timelines and approach
• Facilitate/coordinate submissions to the Design Authority Board and Change Board
• Coordination of all the BG, functions and IT resources involved in the project and ensures business and IT resources' involvement throughout the horizontal and/or projects

On a day by day basis inside the project, you will focus on

1) Deliverables management - Planning / Defining Ownership / Follow-ups/ Due dates

2) Project workstream project plan - Milestones Management / Activities Planning

3) Co-ordination with Global Process Owners / Business Group Process Owners or SMEs / Process workstream BG leads

4) Project Sprint preparation / closure activities

Your skills and experience

  • Bachelors' degree from an accredited college/university
  • Minimum five years of Project Management experience in an international setting
  • In depth understanding of Business Processes in the areas of Finance, Supply and Order Management
  • Experience with Business Process Modelling methodologies and tools
  • Experience with International team management - able to assimilate and respectfully coordinate various cultural gaps
  • Building effective global teams, including indirect resources and third parties, and holding them accountable for results
  • Highly motivated individual, and a team player who adapts to a dynamic global work environment


Skills

  • Excellent English verbal and writing skills with capability to translate information into business impact
  • Able to work effectively in a rapidly changing virtual environment across time zones
  • Ability to develop sustainable relationships with key senior business stakeholders (the unit leads) and the various business resources.
  • Ability to network within the IT and business environment, create buy-in, and address issues with a minimum of formal escalations.
  • Good knowledge on MS office suite - PowerPoint, Excel, Project
  • Ability to provide accurate and timely status updates using the tools provided
  • Experience working in global project teams driving business process changes
  • Able to influence others to support decisions
  • Strong results orientation and business driven mentality
