TITLE: Customer Service Representative
POSITION SUMMARY: The Customer Service Representative is responsible for helping customers by providing account information and resolving questions and issues.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer inbound calls
- Take inbound payments
- Assist customers with general questions by phone, email, and chat
- Ensure customer service policy is adhered to
- Assist customers with payment extensions, due date changes, and auto pays
- Other duties as assigned.

- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or another related field
- Ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with customers and co-workers
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Microsoft Office Suite experience
- Dependable
