Manage marketing projects across dealerships and internal teams, coordinating timelines, budgets, vendors, and asset production. Track and report marketing performance, provide insights to optimize ROI/ROAS, and support Agency Services, Digital, Creative, Media, and regional teams. Own assigned projects end-to-end and maintain stakeholder communication.

Provide on-site and remote IT support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals. Troubleshoot hardware, software, authentication, and connectivity issues; handle service desk tickets, account onboarding/offboarding, device imaging and deployment, conference room AV support, and document solutions in a knowledge base while following IT processes and security best practices.

Convert design concepts into production-ready digital and print assets, prepping files for print/digital distribution, performing color correction and quality assurance, applying design fundamentals, collaborating with creative teams, managing multiple projects and deadlines, and continuously improving production workflows and standards. Portfolio required.
