We are looking for a self-motivated and goal-oriented individual Customer Education Manager  who will be responsible for providing world-class Saas application training in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have an education background, experience in building an education function from scratch and customer facing training experience educating on cloud computing products, services, and solutions. We are a team of Product Success professionals who love working on providing the training needs for our customers and the organization.

Here is some more information about on what we are looking for here in North America and what the role will look like:

Responsibilities:

  • Build and create a training and education strategy that enables our customers to ramp quickly and realize value from our products.
  • Work closely with the Sales Enablement and Product Success team to deliver live customer education workshops / classes to our customer base and internal staff. 
  • Create (curriculum, script, videos), manage and implement content on a LMS platform.
  • Develop and implement training roadmaps in alignment with the product strategy.
  • Proactively analyze data, trends, and feedback to identify training needs, improve the learning experience and develop offerings. 
  • Identify and report platform improvements or issues to the Product team. 
  • Help define and drive metrics for adoption and efficiency of technical documentation and training.
  • Design and develop a DoiT customer certification program from the ground up
  • Work with the functional leaders and teams across the organization to collaborate on the product education needs for customers and internal staff, including new features education development.

The ideal candidate would have: 

  • 5+ years of experience in implementing and growing an education strategy in a SaaS environment. 
  • Previous experience with content development from scratch, instructional design, and e-learning for a B2B software company.
  • Experience implementing and using a learning management system.
  • Excellent communication skills (written, oral, and presentation).
  • A proven track of building cross-functional partnership and alignment.
  • Ability to quickly learn systems and transfer that knowledge into training content.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively, with a focus on storytelling and outcomes.
  • Embody a “be curious” personality and self-motivation to learn and develop professional competencies / certifications.
