ModSquad is seeking Mod Contractors to join our network!

Their customers expect the best service and support and that's where we come in. 


Our Mods bring super skills, a positive attitude, and a great vibe to project work every day. Mods assist and guide customers to the right answers, solve concerns and are the GPS for customers to understand and optimize the best use of a client's product or services. Project gigs are available now and more are on the horizon.


In this project, your role will be to assist customers via tickets with common questions about previous orders, billing issues, and how-to inquiries about our client's program.


Project Hours:

24 hours a day, 7 days a week


Hourly Rate:

To be discussed in the interview phase


Commitment:

15 hours per week (at least 2 shifts - 4 hours - worked on Saturday or Sunday)

90 days, as needed


Especially Seeking Availability:

Weekend shifts, all hours

What We Are Looking For:

  • Has customer service and technical support background
  • Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable building on macros and crafting custom responses to customers based on their inquiries
  • Familiarity with Zendesk is not required, but is a plus!
  • Ability to connect to client-provided VPN

***PRO TIP***: Take your time and make sure you do a thorough job in completing your application. Your responses should be grammatically correct and comprehensive. This will greatly increase the probability of scoring an interview!


Please note: A Chromebook is not sufficient for ModSquad projects.
