Job Title: Cost Coordinator

Work Hours: Monday-Friday

Pay Rates: $33.00/hour based on experience

Job Description:

• Prepares and analyses cost of BEIT operations
• Collects data and prepares reports on labor, project spending, depreciation, and other operating expenses
• Perform technical analysis
• Prepares financial analysis for IT business cost and project reporting, other requested reports as required
• Follows standard practices and procedure in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained
• Responsible for developing, interpreting and implementing financial concepts for financial forecasting within BEIT operations for OCS, OFC, CLS, CPT, and CI
• Reporting out of SAP, PeopleSoft, Apptio, and Planview
• Highly developed communication skills for cross functional team building

Required Education:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree required
• MBA Preferred

Required Skills:

• Advanced communication skills
• SAP or PeopleSoft (preferred)
• Experienced Customer Service Professional
• Accounting and or Finance experience
