The Destiny 2 team is looking for an administrative professional who is organized, detailed, and proactive in addressing the needs of leadership. In this role, you’ll support the Destiny 2 Business Operations manager and Destiny 2 Leadership Team in helping prioritize leadership’s time and address delegated tasks. If you’re process oriented, have a keen eye for detail, and enjoy serving others to help make their time more productive and meaningful, then this is the position for you.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain trust and confidentiality of Destiny 2’s leadership
  • Manage calendar for Destiny 2’s General Manager, Executive Producer, Game Director, and Product Director
  • Set up appointments, take notes, and track tasks for certain meetings
  • Act as the first line of defense in protecting leadership’s time during high workload periods
  • Respond to certain emails on behalf of leadership and reduce inbox overload
  • Ensure files are organized and available to leadership and stakeholders
  • Coordinate onsite and offsite meeting logistics including venues and meals
  • Assist Business Operations Manager with special projects
  • Coordinate travel on behalf of leadership as needed
  • Submit expense reports on behalf of leadership as needed
  • Reports to the Destiny 2 Business Operations Manager

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Demonstrated work experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Expertise in Microsoft applications, especially Outlook, Word, Power Point, and Excel
  • Strong work ethic and sense of responsibility
  • Great attention to detail
  • Succinct communication skills
  • Adaptability, reliability, and punctuality
  • Discretion (this role may involve dealing with confidential information)

NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS

  • Event coordination experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Sharepoint, Microsoft Planner, Miro, Confluence, or Jira
  • Knowledge of Game Development
  • Knowledge of Destiny 2
