Community Health Associate is a key member of the Circulo Health team who will be at the front lines of Circulo’s primary health center team. This role is responsible for executing all forms of member outreach and communication. 

What you will do

• Execute all forms of digital, phone, in-person outbound, and inbound communication and engagement strategies to members 
• Adapt strategies based on unique and diverse member profiles and demographics 
• Effective collaboration with our Marketing, Design, and Product teams
• Leverage multiple communication and technology platforms for outreach and support for our members 
• Identify and participate in virtual and local events to grow our membership in the local communities 
• Continuously measure, adapt and improve our strategies to optimize member engagement.

Who we are looking for

• A highly effective and empathetic communicator and listener. 
• An optimistic mindset who will be a champion for our diverse, inclusive and culturally competent culture.
• An agile team player who thrives in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
• Minimum of 2-3 years experience in an external-facing sales, marketing, or customer support role Multi-cultural competence is required. Fluency in another language (Spanish, etc.) is preferred.
• Strong relationship building skills across various levels and functions of the organization
• Adaptable, organized, efficient, independent self-starter and problem-solver
• Champion for the Circulo’s primary health center operations and culture, fostering a positive team environment
• Hybrid position, must be in Ohio, travel required
