What does a great Client Support Associate II do?

As a Client Support Associate II, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs, build partnerships, and drive improvements, as well as interact with internal production, technology, and development teams. You will be responsible for client relationships, project management, and daily reconciliation and validation of work in support of the production facility.

We are looking for the kind of person who can demonstrate a can-do attitude, who would like to showcase your strong relationship management, interpersonal and communication skills.

As a Client Support Associate II, you can look forward to:

  • Developing positive relationships with multiple clients by fostering open communication, understanding their internal structure, and providing regular follow up, as needed
  • Providing client support and satisfaction at a professional level with minimal supervision, answering questions, and resolving client issues relating to products and services
  • Navigating systems to answer customer inquiries
  • Making recommendations to resolve critical issues and error trends
  • Providing flexible assistance through cross-training and support to surpass customer satisfaction and service level goals
  • Maintaining industry and product knowledge to assist in finding creative and alternative solutions for our clients



Basic Qualifications for Consideration:

  • 2+ years client services or client facing experience
  • Excellent verbal and written skills with a high degree of aptitude in problem solving
  • Aptitude to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent PC skills with detailed use of Word, Access, and PowerPoint



Preferred Qualifications for Consideration:

  • Organizational skills, ability to multi-task and maintain and even-handed approach with clients
  • Excellent math and Excel skills to provide client quotes, billing and reconciliation
  • Solid problem-solving skills and can display innovation, research, investigation and analysis
