Client Success Manager
As a rapidly growing, well capitalized start-up, this is a rare opportunity to join the Client Success organization you’ve always wanted. Think Account Management, Platform Solutions, Advisory Services and Support all in one as OTT & linear continue to converge.
The ideal candidate is fluent in the current ad-tech ecosystem, understands the opportunity before us to transform it and can balance delivering short and mid-term client goals while staying the course to own or transform parts of the market longer term.
He or she is comfortable navigating ambiguity, fearless in creating opportunity and eager to drive our current and future success as we help the industry evolve.
Primary Responsibilities
- Maintain varying sized books of business by role/level, KPI'd on growing and retaining book of business
- Serve as the primary contact for customers to resolve questions over email/phone, in status calls and at on-site office hours
- Partner with Product and share client feedback and help prioritize product planning based on market needs
- Identify areas for growth, incorporating appropriate additional team members as follows during Upsell processes
- Continual education on capabilities and reporting & deeper applications of products, operations, process, and self-service offerings
- Drive increased adoption and upsell
- Analyze performance, prepare reports and make recommendations (longer term insights)
- Train and on-board new customers
- Drive existing customer net revenue retention and increased adoption and improve customer health
- Prepare for and lead Executive Business Reviews (typically quarterly)
- Mentorship and development of junior team members
Qualifications
- BA/BS from top tier university (Marketing, Advertising, Business or Stats preferred)
- Data-savvy with strong excel skills (pivot tables & vlookups)
- Comfortable converting data into actionable items for specific tasks or broader narratives to tell a story
- Strong communication skills (listening, spoken and written)
- Ability to project manage, prioritize and articulate issues to management if/when they arise
- Experience managing, troubleshooting and optimizing platform-based media campaigns in DSPs, Social Platforms or SEM Bid Managers
