Client Success Manager - Remote
This is a dynamic, client-facing, account relationship and retention role for our CarePort side of business. The Account Manager is responsible for providing a programmatic approach to developing client relationships through delivering processes and best practices to our clients. As an Account Manager, you will focus on operational account management through getting thorough understanding of client’s health, and through active monitoring, and proactively ensuring resolutions to meet target metrics. As the go-to person for our clients, you will be their point of contact for finance questions, support issue oversight, and service projects. You’ll also identify any sales opportunities, and work with internal stakeholders on any upsell opportunities. Strong communication is needed to cultivate relationships with client users and executives to increase the health of our client partnership. As an Account Manager, you’ll maintain high-level knowledge of regulatory requirements to ensure clients are aware of and have plans for their needs in partnership with Sales and Clinical Consultants. Job Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in a technical, financial, or communications discipline
- 5+ years of account management experience
- 5+ years of healthcare and/ or SaaS experience
- Ability to travel at least 25% of the time.
- Post Acute experience
Preferred Requirements
- Master's Degree
- 7+ years of account management/ client relationship experience
- Care Coordination knowledge
- Experience using CarePort Referral Management
- Post-acute referral and admission process experience
