We are seeking a Seller Acceleration Manager that will provide support of Strategic & Enterprise level merchants within eBay's Refurbished program.

As a Seller Acceleration Manager, you will manage multiple relationships of strategic sellers both new and existing on the eBay platform. The Seller Acceleration Manager is accountable to ensure our partnered merchants are provided with a solid foundation of eBay's standard methodologies & behaviors, are technically prepared for eBay to sell at scale, and will drive the strategy of the eBay Refurbished program.

The Seller Acceleration Manager will report to the Sr. Manager of Seller Acceleration which is part of the broader verticals organization.

Responsibilities:

  • The ideal candidate will assume complete ownership of individual outcomes associated with each assigned seller including:
  • Manage the end to end relationship with a fluid set of sellers to drive success for the long term
  • Set and maintain regular engagement with all customers in portfolio based on customers' needs
  • Provide seamless transition in onboarding sellers into the eBay Refurbished program
  • Drive adoption and coach to eBay standard methodologies & behaviors consistent with the eBay Refurbished program in best-selling and buying experiences throughout the term of the relationship
  • Ability to troubleshoot customer issues with GCX, Policy, Trust, and other business units
  • Maintain and record relevant customer interactions and opportunities in Salesforce
  • In addition to handling the relationship between external partners, you will manage relationships between key partners within our own organization and respective business units. Developing new and existing collaborations with teams that will enable our merchants to succeed within the eBay ecosystem
  • Analyze and communicate results including key performance metrics on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis. Apply takeaways to continually challenge standard practices to improve results
  • Identify optimization opportunities and implement new workflows. Account for the volatility of the online marketplace and identify early the impact of impending changes and improvements relative to both the eBay and seller business


Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience
  • Proven relationship management experience with developing partnerships and establishing trust with key partners (eCommerce and seller facing B2C expertise strongly preferred)
  • Ability to position self to influence and challenge complex businesses to adopt new, or improve existing, eCommerce Strategy
  • Passionate about the eBay marketplace and seller community; deep understanding of online seller and consumer behavior
  • Ability to prioritize multiple, contending, high priority projects - innate ability to identify creative solutions is key
  • Strong analytical thinking, written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Organized and hardworking with strong attention to detail
