About the Opportunity: 

We are looking for a Chief of Staff for our CEO to set organizational goals, identify strategic initiatives, analyze business data, support executive media opportunities, and improve internal communications and work culture. This will be a hands-on role, supporting our CEO in strategic thinking and analysis while partnering closely with our COO, CMO, Head of People, and other functional leaders.

What You’ll Be Doing:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented leader with great communication and organizational skills that can work with senior leaders across all parts of the business.

• Work with the leadership team to set up company wide OKR tracking and reporting
• Support CEO in achieving quarterly KPIs
• Conduct industry research on the crypto landscape
• Identify, manage and coordinate media opportunities and speaking events

• Prep the CEO for external appearances and events

• Work closely with functional leads to ensure there is progress against goals, and remediate to prioritize when course corrections need to be made
• Work closely with the Head of People to execute the roadmap of initiatives to foster a sense of belonging in this new hybrid way of work (in person, hybrid and remote) to keep our culture strong in different time zones

What We Look For In You:

• 5+ years of work experience in a business, executive management role, advisor, or consultant
• Knowledge of the crypto industry
• Highly analytical, strategic, and creative thinker with strong business acumen
• Motivated to go above and beyond what you are asked and take pride in your work
• Excellent communicator in written and verbal form
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Strong project reporting skills, with a focus on interdepartmental communication

Nice to Haves:

• Experience working in a disruptive technology, successfully launching products, ideally, within FinTech, eCommerce, SaaS, AdTech, or Digital Wallet business experience
• MBA preferred, but not required
• Experience working with teams across offices and timezones
