Job Description As an Executive Director and Lead for Consolidated Reporting Applications on the CCB Finance Data & Insights Team, you will be responsible for setting the strategic direction for new financial system development and leading production activities for CCB financial and analytical reporting systems. This role will lead integration of of financial systems and data across CCB lines of business (Card, Auto, Home Lending, Consumer Banking, Business Banking, and JPMorgan Wealth Management). The role requires a strong reporting background with a focus on reconciliation, analytics, and working across functional areas. Interaction between Finance, Information Technology, and other groups are required to ensure modifications to existing systems and new applications fully meet business requirements.
Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Develop Area Product roadmap and prioritize backlog to maximize value delivered to support financial reporting and analytical needs
  • Develop and execute all aspects of analytic reporting systems production activities including design, testing and user training
  • Provide leadership and guidance on the development of the financial reporting systems across CCB lines of business
  • Continue to develop Hyperion Essbase actual and forecast reporting functionality
  • Work collaboratively with Technology, Finance, and Accounting staff to develop reporting solutions to support new reporting initiatives
  • Demonstrate practical business knowledge and technical expertise in supporting finance, accounting and analytic users
  • Develop process improvement strategies aimed at creating reporting efficiencies
  • Lead a diverse team consisting of financial, technical and management staff
  • Role requires close partnership with senior level IT, risk and financial staff


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a Financial Systems discipline
  • 10+ years of financial systems experience
  • Hyperion Essbase cube design and administration experience is required
  • SQL, Unix, and data warehousing experience preferred
  • Tableau and Alteryx experience preferred
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills
  • Strong analytical skills with an attention to detail
  • Team player and self-starter
  • Flexible/Adaptable attitude
