Business Strategy and Operations Manager, Senior Manager
Key Role:

Act as the thought leader spearheading the coordination and strategic alignment of diverse business functions for one of the Strategic Innovation Group's ( SIG ) leading products. Maintain responsibility for streamlining high-importance projects and c ond ucting leadership-level initiatives that have a significant impact on the company's business objectives. Serve as a c ond uit through which multiple teams can connect and work through similar strategic initiatives. Take a leadership role in product and te chn ology management within the Federal market space and oversee key initiatives and execution at a strategic, tactical, and operational level. Develop and establish annual, quarterly, and monthly organizational goals to measure progress and provide updates to leadership, including developing presentations and communications to the firm. Help support the sales team with business development and closing new business and ensure the Mission, Vision, and Principles of Booz Allen are properly developed and communicated across teams. This position is open to remote delivery anywhere within the U.S., to include the District of Columbia.

Basic Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience with business operations, project and program management, sales support and marketing, and corporate development and strategy
• Experience with monthly and quarterly business reviews, along with forecasts of finan cia l performance against budget , finan cia l, and operational goals
• Experience with formal and government proposal writing
• Experience with Micro sof t Office, including PowerPoint and Excel
• Knowledge of government contracts, policies , and government acquisition processes
• Ability to obtain a security clearance
• Bachelor's degree

• Experience with endpoint security, enterprise mobility, and mobile product space, trends, and direction
• Ability to multitask and understand how to prioritize tasks based on importance versus immediacy
• Ability to work comfortably in a time-sensitive, rapidly evolving, and fast-paced environment
• Ability to work with a diverse range of leadership across various functional disciplines
• Ability to drive toward long-term goals
• Possession of excellent analytical, project management, and leadership skills
• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

Compe nsa tion:

The proposed salary range for this position in Colorado is 175,000 to 220,000. Final salary will be determined based on various factors.
