You’ll Be...
- Providing excellent, friendly and positive customer service via email, chat and/or phone
- Helping customers solve problems with strong troubleshooting, reading comprehension and problem-solving skills
- Analyzing recurring customer issues and creating insight reports to help our Partners make their businesses better
- Savvy with web, computer and smartphones
- Able to work independently and collaboratively
What You Bring To The Table
- Excellent written and spoken skills; both in English and Spanish
- A clear and professional speaking voice/telephone manner with the ability to be friendly, courteous, and helpful
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving environment - you must be adaptable
- Proactive attitude and ability to work with limited supervision

What We Provide
- Full time (40 hours a week), the potential for overtime exists if needed by the company
- Locations: Idaho, Michigan, North Carolina, Washington, Arizona, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Virginia and Florida
