How this Role Impacts CastleBranch and its People

Provides leadership to the day-to-day operations of the Background Screening Department while maintaining focus on the company's goals. Performs as the subject matter expert, working with cross-departmental Managers to refine processes and improve efficiencies.

Areas you will Impact

  • Development of direct reports, ensuring each team member is provided with and meets clear standards of performance.
  • Develops cross training plans for all team members.
  • Monitors work queues, allocates team members to areas with supervisor assistance.
  • Monitors team capacity and production levels.
  • Communication with vendors on elevated requests.
  • Be a subject matter expert and assist with direct client communication if requested by Customer Success.
  • Holds staff/teams/supervisors accountable for capacity, production, and accuracy.
  • Works with other team leaders to manage workloads and utilize all operational resources to their maximum.
  • Manage supervisors, ensuring supervisors are maintaining queues, SLAs, timely feedback to staff, and implementation of training.
  • Conducts interviews with supervisors.
  • Manage time off requests and attendance.
  • All other duties as assigned relative to job function.



Key Skills and Experiences

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required, Associate degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong business acumen
  • Minimum of 2 years Management or Leadership and navigation skills.
  • Experience with navigation in software platforms and web-based applications.
