Job Description
The Customer Outcomes team at ServiceNow works with customers to help them achieve their business outcomes by providing customer success services and expert services. The team's purpose is to accelerate customers' adoption of the ServiceNow platform, enabling customers to realize value faster, reduce costs and reduce risks.
Our Virtual Agent Central Delivery Organization is focused on supporting our customers with leading edge technology and services, allowing our customers to take advantage of AI and Machine learning. This organization is responsible for managing and maintaining the entire stack of Virtual Agent solutions and the performance of Virtual Agent for our customers.
About the Role:
The Customer Outcomes Associate Technical Consultant is responsible for configuring the ServiceNow Platform based on leading practices to provide a solution that achieves customer outcomes. The Associate Technical Consultant is the functional and technical expert in customer engagements.
Responsibilities include:
- Participate in workshops with customers to assess current processes and establish future-state processes.
- Ensuring technical deliverables to Customer Delivery and customers are complete, consistent, high quality, on time and deliver valued outcomes
- Collaborate and Contribute to the creation, deployment and maintenance of Technical Best Practices and Standards Advise customers on how to take advantage of the ServiceNow Platform capabilities to improve their business processes.
- Contribute to the continual improvement of Global Delivery and Practice business processes as well as the maturing of the Virtual Agent Delivery Organization capabilities, expertise, best practices by providing in feedback Loop into Practice for Resource, Process and Technical Continuous Improvement
- Advanced understanding of Object-oriented programming languages (Java) and Java Script.
- Creating user and training documentation and overseeing training sessions.
- Being first point of contact and providing guidance and advice for the duration of the project.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, we need someone who has:
- 1+ years of related experience OR equivalent education/experience
- Passion and curiosity about AI/ML technology
- Should be a team player working efficiently in a collaborative environment.
- Experienced with running projects independently
- Experience working collaboratively
- Committed to customer satisfaction and reference ability and ensures that actions contribute towards a positive experience by the customer.
- Prepared to study for and obtain ServiceNow certifications in aligned workflow
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate solutions to complex technical problems.
- Strong personal commitment to quality and customer

Work Personas
Work personas are categories that are assigned to employees depending on the nature of their work. Employees will fall into one of three categories: Remote, Flexible or Required in Office.
Required in Office
A required in office work persona is defined as an employee who is contracted to work from or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office. This persona is required to work from their assigned workplace location 100% of the work week based on the business needs of their role.
Flexible
A flexible work persona is defined as an employee who is contracted to work from or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office and will work from their assigned workplace location roughly 3 days/week or less (generally around 40-60% of the work week). Flexible employees may choose to work the remaining working time from their workplace location or home. Flexible employees are required to work within their state, province, region, or country of employment.
Remote
A remote work persona is defined as an employee who performs their responsibilities exclusively outside of a ServiceNow workplace and is not contracted or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office, including those whose place of work (pursuant to their terms and conditions of employment) is their home. Remote employees are required to work within their state, province, region, or country of employment.
