RECUR is seeking an Associate Producer, Film to join its team full time. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing team, where you will manage key relationships and help determine the product strategy for some of the largest, most recognizable brands in the world in the nascent and growing NFT space.

What you will do at RECUR

The Associate Producer at RECUR will be responsible for providing day-to-day administrative and operations support to the Brand team as well as maintenance of all brand compliance portals & processes. You will participate in helping to launch digital licensed products and brand partnerships.   • Manage licensor portal submissions and work with the team to ensure timely design approvals
  • Manage and organize submission and approvals tracker, updating various internal teams accordingly
  • Work cross functionally to manage development timelines, including but not limited to approval needs at various touchpoints in the process
  • Proactive thinking toward ensuring all related approval processes flow through internal and external systems seamlessly
  • Familiarity with all compliance & style guidelines/approvals processes necessary to apply to product development concepts
  • Ability to recognize incorrect use of IP or other compliance errors on product concepts before submissions occur
  • Maintain SKU creation workflow in coordination with internal leads for all licensed product collections
  • Maintain multiple projects and deadlines at once
  • Work with Brand and Brand Operations Managers to prepare onboarding for new licensors
  • Coordinate and maintain informational library/tools; licensor contact list, product catalog, etc
  • Build and manage day-to-day relationships with licensor asset and approvals management teams
  • Handle communication with licensors regarding onboarding, resolving issues, data management, and all stages of the submission process.
  • Maintain internal asset portal, and asset request/trafficking process.
  • Other duties as assigned

What you will bring to RECUR

  • Three to five years experience working in project management/ consumer products/licensing
  • Experience with licensed product approvals process is considered a plus.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills
  • Motivated self-starter with a strong interest in learning about brand management
  • Highly detail-oriented. Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously with precision and accuracy
  • Is a flexible and adaptable individual who is comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Is proactive and goes beyond current thinking to discover opportunities and solutions needed
  • Design software such as Illustrator + Photoshop a plus!

This is a completely remote role and can work anywhere in the US.
