Overview
Come join the Content Delivery team as an Agile Operations Leader for the Small Business Self Employed Group. Self-help content is an integral part of the relationship that we build with our customers. As the Agile Operations Leader, you will be responsible for leading the Agile implementation that connects teams and to driving continuous improvement across our content ecosystem.
What you'll bring
- 3-5 years of experience acting in Agile Leadership roles
- Experience with Jira
- Strong experience in setting clear goals, benchmarks, and KPIs
- Strong leadership skills with demonstrated ability to navigate past organizational barriers and coach effective teams
- Analytical thinker with experience defining KPIs and measuring and reporting out on progress. Strong data acumen with ability to identify applications and limitations of data
- Learner's mindset with drive for continuous improvement and innovation
How you will lead
- Develop, manage, and continuously improve the Agile operating systems that support worldwide content teams
- Facilitate inception planning, sprint planning, backlog grooming, standups, and retrospective op mechs. Coach team members and Scrum Leaders in Agile leadership skills and facilitation methods.
- Coach individuals and teams to effectively engage in Agile systems. Manage governance and compliance with Jira implementation standards.
- Define, manage, and report out on sprint goals, capacity, and efficiency. Coach teams to optimal sprint efficiency and Agile hygiene
- Identify barriers to strategic objectives, team efficiency, and sprint goals and act as driver to facilitate resolution.
- Actively coach teams to embrace continuous improvement and innovation leveraging Agile methodologies
- Manage content intake and triage systems. Facilitate content triage, stakeholder alignment and communication, and resolve escalations related to content requests
- Monitor content system health and identify opportunities to improve supporting opmechs, systems, and tools
