El Administrador de Entrenamiento de Operaciones estará ubicado en Guadalajara Norte. Área de Diagnóstico
Aquí hay algunos ejemplos de las actividades que estarás realizando:
- Desarrollar material de capacitación para el área de Diagnóstico y Análisis de Falla
- Responsable de entrenar diagnósticos para Flex Gdl
- Respaldar los requisitos de capacitación de las organizaciones Flex Gdl
- Crear nuevos informes y métricos para el área
- Certificar y/o recertificar la competencia profesional
- Validar la efectividad del a capacitación a través del proceso de auditoría
- Registrar y monitorear datos de entrenamientos
Habilidades indispensables para el rol
- Carrera Técnica con especialidad en Electrónica o Ingeniería afín.
- Experiencia previa como Diagnóstico.
- Experiencia con Fuentes Conmutadas y Protocolos de Comunicación
- Manejo de office intermedio
- Facilidad de palabra
- Disponibilidad de horario T2
