To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an IT Operations Training Specialist located in Guadalajara, North.

Reporting to the Operations Training Manager, the IT Operations Training Specialist will be responsible for global support on training systems.

What a typical day looks like:

• Communicate with users to identify and resolve issues, troubleshoot, and investigate system behaviors and deficiencies.
• Research, design, and test new systems and system enhancements in line with the deliverables of the site business/customers' requirements.
• Create and present reports to executive team members and stakeholders to support solution proposals.
• Develop business solutions by working with required stakeholders to develop the strategy for the application life cycle.
• Work closely with server or database administration for: any server/database migration, operating system upgrade, fine-tune on database performance to ensure all applications are running smoothly without impacting the company day to day operation.
• Write and maintain documentation to describe program development, coding, testing, changes, and corrections.
• Develop frontend, backend, database scripts, and APIs.
• Provide technical assistance by answering inquiries regarding errors, problems, or questions with the program.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and training.
• Related experience.
• Knowledge of programming languages/scripting: C#, ASP.NET, MVC, API Rest
• Basic skills in Relational databases – SQL Server.
• General understanding of system architectural concepts and methodologies.
• Collaboration skills for technical challenges and operations support.
• Different IT Analyst positions may require different knowledge of applications, skillset, or tools.  Having the ability to learn and adopt with fast execution, solve problems through applying best-in-class tools and methodology, and the ability to drive and work as a team for success should be considered as a general requirement.
