In this role, you will:
- Implement and evaluate training programs aligned with organizational goals, prioritizing safety.
- Assess training needs, develop materials, and coordinate sessions.
- Identify future training needs and coordinate with Training Manager for program improvement
- Partner with subject matter experts to develop department focused new and ongoing training.
- Maintain training records and foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Proficiency in all operational roles, responsible for also conducting training.
