Lead and scale end-to-end supply chain for an autonomous trucking hardware company. Own planning, procurement, inventory, contract manufacturing, warehouse/logistics, financial controls (CIP/accounting), compliance, and cross-functional partnerships. Build team, processes, and systems (SAP/MRP, S&OP) to move from low-volume to high-volume production while driving cost reduction, audit readiness, and real-time material visibility.

Support development and production operations by coordinating driver schedules, tracking and documenting runs, updating the Truck Management System, creating SOPs, troubleshooting AV systems, and reporting operational issues.

Design and develop large-scale multimodal transformer models that fuse camera, LiDAR, and radar. Research cross-modal attention and token-fusion strategies, build scalable distributed training pipelines, explore self-supervised/contrastive pretraining, and optimize models for real-time, low-latency inference.
