Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an Operations Training Coordinator located in Dallas, Texas.

Reporting to the Operations Training Manager, the Operations Training Coordinator will organize, facilitate, and deliver training programs for manufacturing personnel in a manufacturing/ warehouse environment.

The Operations Training Coordinator will be assigned to one of the following areas:

  • Mechanical Manufacturing
  • Fabrication
  • Quality, Testing and Warehouse
     

Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

What a typical day looks like:

  • Develop and update technical training curriculum and assessments
  • Lead Train-the-Trainer activities for floor SMEs
  • Partner with Quality, Engineering, and EHS to maintain accurate SOPs/WIs
  • Identify skill gaps and support cross-training programs
  • Support investigations, corrective actions, and continuous improvement efforts
  • Ensure new hires and cross-trained employees meet standards of competency and documentation requirements
  • Performs other related duties, as assigned

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

  • 5+ years experience in training in a manufacturing environment or related field
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must have an understanding of manufacturing functions (mechanical manufacturing, fabrication, quality assurance, testing, warehouse, etc.)
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related program software
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Experience working with a manufacturing or construction environment preferred
  • Must wear PPE, such as gloves, safety glasses, hard hat, and ear protection while working on the production floor
