We are seeking a highly analytical and proactive Operations Sr Analystto join our fast-growing food delivery team. In this role, you’ll monitor key operational metrics, solve live issues, and design scalable solutions to ensure the best possible experience for our users, riders, and partners. The operations Sr Analyst is a key role for monitoring and solving live operational issues, and is also responsible for optimizing processes and generating efficient, scalable and customer-centric solutions, in order to secure the best experience for all our stakeholders.
We’re looking for someone who is passionate about solving problems in a data-driven way, but who also values working collaboratively across different teams to find comprehensive solutions to complex challenges that bring the company closer to its goals.
This is a great opportunity to step into a dynamic role with strong growth potential, where you'll be able to make a visible short-term impact through operations, while gaining a 360° understanding of how the company works.
Main responsibilities
- Daily monitoring of the main operational metrics of assigned cities (Canceled, Bad Orders, Defects, ATA's, etc.).
- Deep dive in each metric out of target to identify possible causes of deviation, create analyses to generate actionable insights and work on a plan to execute and get on target.
- Take care and follow up on 360° experience for the whole city operation (Users, RTs, Partners).
- Proactively identify and propose solutions to operational issues. Work closely with other local teams (commercial, hunting, regional GMs) to provide comprehensive solutions and achieve objectives.
- Work closely with global teams (tech, product, etc.) to identify problems, propose solutions, and scale them through technology.
Key requirements
- Undergraduate/first-level degree in Engineering or similar
- A deep desire to work in a highly-dynamic and constantly-changing environment
- Disruptive and critical thinking
- Deep analytical skills
- Ability to communicate ideas in a clear and structured way
- Proactive executor
- Self-organized profile and the ability to prioritize tasks
- Excel
- SQL
Desired requirements
- Advanced Excel skills is a plus
- Work experience in technology companies
