Euronet EFT Segment seeks to employ a high caliber Operations Team Leader who will play a key role in ensuring industry leading uptime and further development of our independent ATM network across Germany, by supervising internal and external resources.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise and coordinate the company's different service providers that are required to support the ATM network on a daily basis. Such services are Cash in Transit, ATM maintenance, telecommunications, security, installation, etc.
- Coordinate with Euronet centralized services (IT, Operations, Finance) in order to deploy the ATMs, solve application issues and test new developments.
- Lead the coordination of Euronet resources to resolve potential incidents.
- Maintain inventory of ATMs and sites in the company's databases.
- Provide operational risk management.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
- University degree with Engineering, Supply Chain Management or IT orientation, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in the Operations or Information Technology functions, currently holding a Supervisory position.
- Prior experience must show a proven track record in Operations or Information Technology in such sectors, as banking, financial services, telecommunications or retail.
- Prior experience in the deployment of ATMs, and additional experience in ATM systems and ATM software will be considered an asset.
- Proven track record in planning, issue management and quality assurance in complex IT and operational projects with different platforms and systems. A solid track record in on-time delivery of projects, meeting budgets and satisfying the functional expectations of different parties.
- Flexibility and readiness to travel frequently across the country.
- Must have legal right to work in the EU.
