What You'll Do

  • Support Navan’s Executive team in defining and executing the company’s strategy to win in Navan’s relevant markets
  • Work closely with the Senior Director, Strategy & Operations on various strategic initiatives that typically span across multiple business units, functions and / or regions  
  • Take over responsibility for most critical internal and external strategic projects across the global organization from design all the way through execution 
  • Coordinate cross-functional project teams, ensuring alignment and successful execution of strategic objectives
  • Assist in building and optimizing scalable structures and processes across the organization to actively contribute to Navan’s further growth and success
  • Provide analytical and data-driven insights to inform decision-making and solve complex business challenges

What We're Looking For

  • 2-4 years of work experience in high-performing organizations within top-tier strategy consulting, corporate development or start-/scale-ups
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities including quantitative skills and analytical and conceptual thinking
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders across the global organization and drive results
  • Experience in managing cross-functional projects
  • Great communication and presentation skills
  • A proactive, “get stuff done” mindset, with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes
