Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Support Specialist to join our team. This role plays a critical part in supporting daily business functions, improving workflow efficiency, and ensuring organizational processes run smoothly. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day support for internal Operations teams
- Draft and manage internal and external documents
- Assist with transaction processing and payment handling
- Offer general administrative and logistical support
- Track transactions and perform account reconciliations
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in Operations, Administration, or a similar support role
- Strong Organization and time management skill
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) and business systems/tools
