Paradigm seeking an Operations Administrative Assistant to help keep a busy, collaborative workplace running smoothly. In this contract role, you will work closely with leaders and teams to coordinate site events and activities, manage competing priorities, support key administrative and operational processes, and keep important work moving forward. Assignment lengths are estimated based on the expected load or scope of work. There is a possibility that the work may last longer or finish sooner than anticipated.

What You’ll Do:
  • Help plan, coordinate, and execute site events, team activities, and operational meetings, stepping in to resolve issues as they arise.
  • Coordinate requests from multiple leaders and stakeholders, balancing priorities, timelines, and competing needs with professionalism and discretion.
  • Support business systems and administrative processes, including purchasing, records, travel, expenses, and follow-up tracking.
  • Use Smartsheet, SharePoint, Teams, and related tools to organize information, track work, maintain documentation, and support process improvements.
  • Take ownership of assignments, identify gaps or issues, and independently drive tasks and small projects through completion with limited oversight.
