PAY RANGE
The Target Pay Range for this position is $35.05-$42.84 hourly. The full Pay Range is $27.26-$50.63 hourly. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. As an Operations Support Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in helping senior leaders stay focused, aligned, and effective in a fast-moving environment. You’ll directly support high-impact executives by managing complex schedules, coordinating priorities, and ensuring the day-to-day rhythm of the business runs smoothly. WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Executive & Calendar Management: You’ll manage complex, high-volume calendars for senior leaders—balancing competing priorities, resolving conflicts, and ensuring time is used effectively in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
- Business Coordination & Execution: You’ll support key business initiatives and projects by coordinating deliverables, tracking actions, and ensuring alignment across stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Partnership: You’ll serve as a key point of contact, building strong relationships across internal teams and external partners while communicating proactively and resolving issues as they arise.
- Meeting & Event Orchestration: You’ll plan and execute meetings and events—from logistics and travel coordination to agendas, materials, and follow-ups—ensuring every detail is handled seamlessly.
