Operations Support Specialist (Onsite)

The Operations Support Specialist performs a variety of tasks, such as handling incoming insurance documents. They exhibit flexibility by assisting in various functions that may entail changing responsibilities.

Your Impact:

• Process physical client Insurance documents
• Handle documents according to client and company guidelines
• Operation, troubleshooting and basic maintenance of the following office machines as needed – Opex Mail Extractor; Opex Mail Extractor/Scanner
• Consistently achieve departmental standards of productivity and accuracy
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of the facility, computer system, programs, customer, and client information
• Complete additional duties as assigned

Successful Candidates Will Have:

• High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED) with 0-1 year of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Basic PC skills with general knowledge of Database software, Internet software, Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.
• Demonstrated typing proficiency and utilization of a 10 key numeric keypad.
• Exceptional skill with professional communication, problem-solving and decision-making.
• Physical ability to occasionally lift to 40 lbs. when necessary (1-2 times per day).

At One80 Intermediaries, base pay is one part of our total compensation package, which also includes a comprehensive suite of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off and paid holidays for eligible employees. The total compensation for a position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. The expected base pay for this position is $15.50 per hour plus discretionary bonus. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including geographical location, education, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
