The main goal of this position is to provide operational support by processing requests, maintaining records, updating systems, and delivering high-quality service to the business.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Process requests according to business requirements.
2. Create and update records in underwriting, workflow, and financial systems.
3. Prepare and send policy documents and wordings as requested.
4. Handle midterm transactions, including endorsements, cancellations, reversals, and rebookings.
5. Respond to business queries and provide required information to progress requests.
6. File completed transactions in the appropriate system.
7. Support additional tasks such as certificate issuance, claims experience, letter of authority processing, and broker transfers.
8. Assist with urgent requests and complete work within required timelines.
9. Attend training and complete required certifications.
10. Support multiple countries as needed.
11. Contribute at least one continuous improvement idea annually.

- Minimum 1 year of BPO experience is preferred but not required.
- Good computer skills, especially MS Word and Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
