Job Summary: The Operations Support Coordinator serves as the centralized operational
communication hub for the facility, ensuring structured intake, ownership, and resolution
of internal and external operational correspondence. This role is responsible for protecting
leadership bandwidth by streamlining communication flow, coordinating cross-functional
workflow, and ensuring timely, accurate responses to operational inquiries.
The Operations Support Coordinator will log, track, and analyze operational issues to
identify recurring trends and performance gaps that may impact productivity, compliance,
or service execution. By maintaining structured documentation and response standards,
this position supports operational e?iciency, strengthens accountability, and drives
continuous improvement across the facility.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary intake point for operational communication within the facility.
Identify recurring operational issues with an emphasis on root cause analysis while
maintaining issue logs for KPI tracking.
Improve operational e?iciency by troubleshooting communication gaps and
coordinating with various departments to reach timely resolutions.
Work cross-functionally with Inbound, Outbound, Crossdock, and Administrative
teams to research issues and ensure resolution.
Analyze current communication workflows and SOPs and assist in the development
of process improvements with cross-functional teams.
Act as an internal subject matter resource for operational communication
standards and documentation requirements.
Oversee priority requests and manage communication flow to ensure expected
completion timelines are met.
Maintain response time standards and structured documentation for audit
readiness and compliance support.
Track trends in operational inquiries and provide reporting to leadership when
patterns impact productivity or service.
Perform other duties and tasks assigned by facility leadership.
Serve as a company resource with a strong focus on operational excellence and

Mathematical Skills:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers,
common fractions, and decimals.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations
where only limited standardization exists.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must have basic computer knowledge.
Physical Demands:
Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
Must be able to activate phone systems utilizing keyboards and buttons.
Must be articulate and comfortable speaking in front of others.
Regularly works in an indoor/o?ice environment and required to sit and/or use
repetitive hand motion.
Frequently required to talk, hear, stand and walk.
Must be able to work in excess of continuous 8 hours when required.
Must be able to work under stressful situations, have good cognitive skills, maintain
work accuracy, and the ability to concentrate on more than one task at a time.
Must have the ability to read and discern visual images on a variety of media with
20/20 corrected vision.
Must be able to speak and communicate clearly over telephones.
Must be in sound physical health as determined by a certified licensed physician
with no evidence of the use of controlled substances.
Work Environment:
This job operates in a professional o?ice environment. This role routinely uses
standard o?ice equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing
cabinets and fax machines.
