Responsibilities
As an Operations Support Coordinator, you will work closely with the OPE to identify and document tasks to deliver the project on time and within the budget.
In addition, you will:

- You will be the liaison and auditor between the customer system (P2), internal system (OFS), and the documentation provided from the field personnel. Additionally, in conjunction with Area Managers and OPE’s, the Project Coordinator will assist with both internal and external representation for customer requests.
In addition, you will:
• Review customer database (P2) and internal database (OFS) and make adjustments as needed to ensure accurate data is being maintained.
• Work closely with the OPE’s to identify and document tasks and milestones that are required to deliver the project on time and within budget
• Ensure that all billing documentation is accurate and provided based on the contract with the customer
• Translate and input crew production data onto a digital job site print to verify completed production for our customer and to capture revenue for processing
• Escalate issues and potential issues that could delay or impact project and/or budget

Qualifications
About You:
• You have the ability to read, understand, and edit maps, drawings and diagrams for project build process
• You have an understanding of the permitting process and where to research for permit rules and regulations
• You are able to work with different departments; both internal and external work crews and managers
• You are proficient with Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel, Outlook
• You are a practical and conceptual thinker as related to project descriptions and needs
• You have strong organizational skills and excellent verbal, written, phone, and interpersonal skills
Agency Notes:
- Telecom experience preferred
- Onsite Working Hours/ 8-5pm MST - 10 PM to 7 AM Manila time
- Bill Rate range: $1600 to $2200 a month – maximum 65k pesos
- Strong Microsoft Skills, especially EXCEL
- Construction Understanding is a plus.
- Experience in telecom tower related or fiber is a plus.
- Software knowledge: Excel, Microsoft Suite, AutoDeck Design
Skills Required
