The role also supports privacy impact assessments, regulatory compliance reviews, and communication of requirements and findings to clients and cross-functional teams.

Provides administrative HR support across onboarding, employee lifecycle updates, employee records, HR documentation, and pre-payroll processes. Maintains accurate data in Rippling and Paychex, follows established workflows and checklists, monitors outstanding requirements, retrieves historical information, handles confidential records, and escalates discrepancies. Provides Level 3 escalation support for complex Microsoft, server, network, cloud, endpoint, cybersecurity, backup, and managed systems issues. Supports billing and accounts receivable operations by processing invoices, reconciling accounts, resolving discrepancies and customer disputes, assisting with credit and collections, maintaining vendor statements, and preparing reporting and cash forecasts. The role collaborates with Finance, Sales, Project Management, Order Management, customers, and suppliers while supporting process improvements and administrative finance initiatives.

Coordinates multiple communications infrastructure project teams, resolves subcontractor issues, tracks project documentation, contracts, purchase orders, submittals, and closeout materials. Ensure projects are completed accurately, on schedule, and ready for invoicing.

Provides remote front-office administrative support for a healthcare clinic, including patient and provider database maintenance, medical records data entry, appointment and message handling, multi-line phone support, document management, and possible insurance verification. The role requires confidentiality, strong communication, Microsoft Office and EMR proficiency, punctuality, sustained productivity, and the ability to work independently.

Build and maintain Power BI financial reporting and semantic models combining data from Halo PSA, Xero, Float and HubSpot. Administer Power BI Service, optimize performance, implement row-level security, automate reconciliations, validate outputs against sources, and gather requirements from non-technical stakeholders while following established delivery processes.

Lead project controls for design and construction projects: manage budgets, cost control, forecasting, change management, and reporting. Maintain cost control and progress measurement systems, analyze variances and subcontractor performance, coordinate owner billing, review pay applications, and support schedule analysis. Lead and coordinate PCA teams, attend OAC meetings, and ensure accurate financial reporting throughout project lifecycle.

Lead project budget, cost control, forecasting, variance analysis, progress measurement, and change management for design and construction projects. Maintain cost control systems, update ETC/EAC, review subcontractor invoices and change orders, report forecast vs budget, coordinate owner billing, and attend OAC/project meetings.

Lead preparation, maintenance, and updates of project baseline and progress schedules. Produce cost/resource-loaded P6 schedules, analyze critical path and delays, track subcontractor performance, propose recovery plans, report status to stakeholders, mentor schedulers, support SOPs and training, and travel to project sites as needed.

Supports commercial flooring sales and estimating by obtaining vendor pricing, preparing project quotations and proposals, assisting with basic takeoffs, and maintaining organized pricing and project records. Collaborates with sales, estimating, and operations teams to meet project deadlines and ensure accurate, complete bids. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Basic Bluebeam experience and commercial flooring, construction, or estimating experience are preferred.
