Kambi Philippines functions as a key operational and service hub, providing support to the Kambi Group. Our office in Manila is home to teams specializing in IT Development, IT Operations, Business Support and Back-Office Operations, contributing to Kambi's industry-leading products and services.
We are currently seeking an Operations Support Associate to assist on a temporary business project involving sports-related research, information validation, operational coordination, and data quality initiatives. This position is offered on a fixed-term, project-based engagement and is intended to support specific objectives and deliverables.
Project Duration
- Fixed-term Project Engagement
- Duration: 3–6 months (or as required by the project)
- Employment automatically concludes upon project completion unless otherwise extended or renewed
- Project-based role with defined deliverables and milestones
Responsibilities:
- Research and monitor developments within major sports leagues and competitions.
- Gather, organize, and validate sports-related information from approved sources.
- Support operational teams through data verification other similar tasks.
- Assist with quality assurance reviews and process validation activities.
- Identify inconsistencies, gaps, and anomalies within assigned datasets.
- Prepare summaries, reports, and project documentation.
- Support cross-functional initiatives and operational projects as required.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by providing observations and recommendations.
- Maintain accurate records of assigned project deliverables and activities.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate enjoys working with information, conducting research, solving problems, and supporting project initiatives. They are naturally curious, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in sports, research, operations, administration, data validation, quality assurance, or analytical work will be beneficial.
