About the JobBased in the Philippines, the Associate will support the Singapore Creatory business, owning end-to-end campaign execution, creator/affiliate management and performance reporting. This role acts as a key operational bridge between the Creatory platform, internal stakeholders and external partners, with a clear path to greater ownership and scope at the Senior level.
The Associate, Creatory Operations will be responsible for:Campaign, Project & Account Management- Create, maintain and execute affiliate plans based on various campaign initiatives
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders across different functions to ensure campaign details are up to date
- Maintain timely delivery updates of marketing campaigns to external stakeholders, designated for promotional and recurring campaigns
- Collaborate with the internal team to build and maintain landing pages for different campaigns and channel partners
- Review and optimise campaign execution procedures, user journeys and landing pages for channel partners and content creators, across current environment platforms
- Work closely with internal stakeholders in building, implementing, tracking and improving acquisition campaigns
- Support affiliates recruitment and management
- Support SG Creatory team on business development initiatives, campaigns and pitches
- Manage multiple deliverables and transition seamlessly among them
- Work closely with the manager on more complex or higher-value campaigns and channel partner relationships, with greater autonomy in decision-making
- Support SG Creatory team on business development initiatives, campaigns and data requests
- Manage relationships with external stakeholders through consistent and accurate delivery of comprehensive performance reports
- Manage the MIS/data reporting, metrics tracking and reporting for the Ops function
- Facilitate coordination and production of monthly financial and other reporting-related deliverables
- Measure key results, including revenue, competitive and supply metrics
- Provide recommendations on how to improve operations processes to partners and the leadership team
- At least 2 years of experience in a marketing operations, sales operations, or data/campaign operations role
- Fluency in English Language
- Strong communication skills, particularly in presenting complex quantitative analysis in targeted, easily understandable messaging
- Ability to interface and communicate confidently with internal and external stakeholders, including third-party/contingent partners
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of digital marketing, conversion drivers in an online environment, and reporting/insights creation
- Excellent planning, analytical and organisational skills, alongside high attention to detail
- Proven track record of working on own initiative with an instinctive "can-do" attitude, and a strong focus on delivering results
- Basic to intermediate Excel proficiency
- Project management mindset — able to treat campaigns and reporting cycles as projects, managing timelines, resources and deliverables across multiple teams
- Adaptability — comfortable adjusting to new processes and shifting priorities in a fast-changing digital landscape
