Partners with Legal, Commercial, Finance, and People teams to map processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend AI-driven automation solutions. The role gathers requirements, evaluates tools, builds business cases, coordinates pilots with stakeholders and vendors, measures impact, supports change management, and helps establish responsible AI governance and adoption practices across the business.

Implement and operate security tooling and automation for vulnerability management, identity/authentication, and incident response across Linux, containerized and AWS environments. Build paved-security workflows for development and operations, respond to security incidents, and provide security expertise across the organisation.

Monitor UK sports events, adjust live odds, manage event risk, escalate operational issues, liaise with teams and third-party providers, document observations, and suggest process improvements to ensure market integrity and efficiency.

Act as the technical liaison between Kambi and partners to capture product/feature priorities, support partner product strategy, provide technical/product troubleshooting and advice, track and communicate product commitments, and work cross-functionally with product, design and development teams to ensure partner success.

The Senior Legal Counsel will draft and negotiate commercial contracts and provide legal advice on IP, data protection, corporate, employment, and dispute resolution issues, supporting the Kambi business globally.

Lead product strategy for player acquisition, engagement and operator retention across the full sportsbook journey. Own roadmap, experimentation, user research, design quality and commercial narrative. Drive AI-driven product practices, align with commercial and trading teams, and shape front-end and platform capabilities to grow partner activity and profitability.

Build, maintain and automate on-prem and private cloud Linux infrastructure worldwide. Deliver reliable, scalable systems using virtualization, storage, monitoring and automation tools. Collaborate in agile teams, prioritize security-first operations, and support globally hosted servers and infrastructure services (DNS, DHCP, NTP).
