What you'll do:
- Ensure accuracy of all data related to Driver Support
- Develop a process improvement for all Offboarding, KYC, Cashout, Insurance, COA,
- Change Driver Info
- Develop and implement strategies to retain existing drivers.
- Analyzes data to identify trends affecting driver retention.
- Collaborates with other teams for targeted driver engagement programs.
What we seek:
- Someone with keen attention to details, a love for clerical work and a background in insurance
What you'll need:
- 1-2 years of administrative assistance experience
- Must know how to effectively use PIVOT and VLOOKUP functions in Google Sheets
- Background in insurance would be preferrable
- Must be willing to work in the Paranaque Integrated Terminal Exchange (PITX)
