Operations Supply Chain Administrator

•  Analyzes finished goods forecasts, production and inventory data to determine raw material requirements. 
•  Prepares purchase orders based on calculated or predicted material requirements and follows up with vendors when revisions are needed. 
•  Ensures raw materials are available on time to meet production requirements and customer orders. 
• Ensures inventory levels are optimized to meet both demand and inventory site targets. 
• Facilitates the cycle count process to ensure inventory record accuracy of raw materials. 
• Coordinates meetings and interactions with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and other parties to ensure effective relationships, quality services, and efficient operations. 
• Ensures compliance with department policies and procedures and applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
•  Performs other duties as assigned.

• Applying comprehensive purchasing principles and practices
•  Working within a complex supply chain; 
• Analyzing material and product needs; 
• Ensuring compliance with department policies and procedures and applicable laws, rules, and regulations
• Coordinating activities with large vendors and suppliers; 
•  Developing and analyzing purchasing reports; 
•  Communicating with co-workers to provide and receive direction.
