Operation Supervisor
Job SummaryIron Mountain is seeking a motivated and disciplined Operations Supervisor to join our Global Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving daily workforce productivity, ensuring strict adherence to safety and security compliance, and optimizing route structures to meet operational metrics.
What You’ll DoIn this role, you will:
- Lead and empower the operations team by assigning specific responsibilities and providing mentorship to ensure the team consistently meets or exceeds performance goals.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to provide world-class customer service while using performance metrics to drive branch accountability and continuous improvement.
- Ensure total compliance with federal, state, and organizational regulations, including safety and security standards, while managing daily administrative accuracy and reporting.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 2–5 years of experience in Operations management within a warehouse or distribution environment.
- Strong knowledge of workforce management, including personnel scheduling, workload assignments, and cost control.
- Proven ability in leadership and data-driven decision-making, specifically using metrics to measure and improve team performance.
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Industry-standard certifications or a college degree is a plus).
- Salary details: $75,000 – $80,000 per year, based on experience.
- Shifts: Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – 4:00 pm (Occasional weekend work required).
