Responsibilities: 

  • Follow all pertinent DocGo policy and procedures 

  • Functions as an on-line supervisor, monitoring operations to ensure the delivery of quality and effective service. 

  • Provide top-tier medical transport to medical facilities by assuming responsibilities for medical care of the patient and carrying out established policies and procedures.

  • Recognize and treat any medical condition with appropriate techniques, equipment, and knowledge of all State and County protocols.

  • Works as part of a supervisory team with management staff to ensure continuity, consistency, and strong lines of communication. 

  • Monitors operations to ensure that all personnel comply with company policies and procedures. 

  • Regularly oversees site stocking/cleaning to ensure they meet or exceed requirements regarding maintenance, equipment, supplies and cleanliness. 

  • Ensures that personnel keep the site location in a clean, sanitary, and functional condition. 

  • Ensures all scheduling requirements are met within a timely fashion. 

  • Duties may include scheduling and staffing, logistics management, clinical and administrative QA/QI, and performance management. 

  • Manages and supports the team with operations, logistics, staffing, and scheduling. 

  • Perform all other Critical Care Paramedic duties.

  • Other tasks as assigned. 

Qualifications:

  • WI Paramedic License

  • WI Critical Care Paramedic Endorsement

  • Valid Driver's License (minimum of 2 years) with an acceptable driving record

  • BLS - Basic Life Support (American Red Cross or American Heart Association)

  • ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support (American Red Cross or American Heart Association)

  • Experience leading a team

  • Organization and problem solving skills

  • Attention to detail

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
