Pathmark Transportation is Hiring an evening Shift Operations Supervisor.
Manage and lead a team of hourly associates in a fast- pace warehouse team environment. Ensure acceptable levels of performance in assigned business unit by meeting or proceeding productivity standards and cost control management. Ensure exceptional customer service by meeting key performance indicators (order fill rate accuracy, unannounced inspections, inventory accuracy, ETC.) for assigned are of responsibility.
Achieve performance goals through KPI Monitoring, Promote LEAN Principles and process improvement. Lean and maintain a clean, professional, and safe work environment. Meet or exceed corporate safety goals. Effectively communicate goals, expectations, area of improvement and success to associate.
- Coach, train and mentor associates allowing them the opportunity to grow and develop
- Conduct annual performance reviews
- Assist our wide range of clients with need and demand
- 2+ years of previous experience in a leadership role with a track record of implementation and managing changing.
- Listening skills and strong abilities to collaborate, communicate and motivate others to accomplish goals.
- Demonstrate success in problem- solving and decision- making to overcome obstacles to maximize opportunities.
- Ability to manage fast- pace environment while focusing on exceeding operational goals.
- Strong organization and multitasking skills, agility and ability to cross trained.

Experience:
- 2 Years Supervisor experience- Required
- Bi- Lingual- Preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Office, excel, Web-Based, TMS Applications- Required
- Supply Chain/ Logistics Experience- Required
Skills Required
- At least 2 years of supervisor experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, web-based systems, and TMS applications
- Supply chain or logistics experience
- Bilingual ability
- Leadership experience with a track record of implementing changes and managing change
- Strong listening, collaboration, communication, and motivation skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Ability to manage a fast-paced environment and achieve operational goals
- Strong organization, multitasking, agility, and cross-training ability
