Drivers must own a 26-foot box truck with a lift gate and valid operating authority and insurance. Responsibilities include loading and unloading freight up to 70 pounds, scanning cartons, meeting delivery windows, maintaining accurate delivery records, reporting issues, and providing safe, professional customer service. The schedule includes weekday, night, and occasional weekend shifts.

Supervise and develop hourly warehouse associates on the morning shift while managing productivity, costs, inventory accuracy, order-fill performance, safety, and customer service KPIs. The role includes coaching, training, performance reviews, Lean process improvement, maintaining a safe work environment, supporting clients, and communicating operational goals. Candidates need supervisory leadership experience, logistics or supply chain experience, Microsoft Office and Excel proficiency, and experience with web-based TMS applications.
