Operations Supervisor oversees day-to-day activities to ensure the production department is running efficiently and meets the expectations and needs of Customers and Stakeholders.
What You Will Do:Ensure that safety guidelines are always followed by workers
Provide immediate supervision to a group of operational employees in direct production and indirect support functions in mechanical and electromechanical manufacturing environment
Implement, supervise, and execute scheduled production plans
Coordinate workload and capacity requirements and work scheduling with teams
Develop, review, and maintain staffing requirements
Collaborate with engineers to evaluate current work tools, processes, tooling/equipment, and lean manufacturing concepts
Lead continuous improvement activities
Identify training needs related to safety, quality, new technologies and application tools
Bachelor’s degree
Experience in mechanical or electromechanical manufacturing environment – nice to have
Experience in AEROSPACE industry would be advantage
Minimum 3 years experience in leadership position in manufacturing environment with LEAN leadership principles
Fluent English & Polish language skills
Solid knowledge in Lean Management
Ability to quickly learn processes, equipment and tools used in specific areas of responsibility
Ability to analyze data and prepare reports / presentations of ongoing manufacturing processes
Solid communication skills - both written and verbal
Ability to effectively organize and prioritize day-to-day activities and issues within functional area
Excellent problem solving skills
Readiness to international business trips
Salary range from 11 500 to 18 000 PLN gross – depending on experience
