Position Overview
This internship will work closely with our Operations team to support day-to-day business activities, with a primary focus on data entry and record maintenance. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented student who is eager to learn about business operations, gain practical experience working with data systems, and contribute meaningfully to a growing insurtech company. This will be a paid internship that will report into our downtown Austin, Texas office.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately enter, update, and maintain data across internal systems, spreadsheets, and databases.
Review records for accuracy, completeness, and consistency, flagging discrepancies as needed.
Assist the Operations team with organizing, cleaning, and structuring data sets.
Support routine administrative and operational tasks as assigned.
Help document processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
Collaborate with team members across the company to gather and verify information.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company data-handling standards.
Qualifications
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program, or a recent graduate.
Coursework or interest in business, operations, finance, analytics, or related fields.
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Comfortable working with spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets) and basic productivity tools.
Curiosity around testing AI in a business setting
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage time effectively.
Reliable, professional, and able to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Eagerness to learn and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
